Drought-to-flood events dataset

We collected information on drought-to-flood events across the globe from academic publications, government reports, NGO reports, news articles, etc. The database contains qualitative information on the hydrological processes, impacts and adaptation that occurred during/after the drought and flood events. We are currently working on analysing the data, but we expect to publish the database in the near future.
